If you need something to work when you need it like in a kitchen to froth a sauce this product sucks and breaks easy. Simply put it might be good for people at home but it does not work in a kitchen.

Don't get me wrong, this is a good product. The only down side is there is a noticeable change in performance as the batteries weaken. They will still froth the milk, it just takes a little more time/effort.
All in all this is a good product if you only plan on useing it every once in a while, but not if you are going to use it several times a week. Or if you don't care about burning through batteries.

Purchased this milk whip back in August and over the last three months it started spinning slower and slower only to stop all together. Changed batteries several times, no improvement! We used the whip once a day in the morning to whip up a latte or two, so not a lot of wear on the unit. Amazon indicates I am passed the return date for full credit, now I have a $20 paperweight.
